Three curves represent three parties; yellow symbolic of the management; green, Kaohsiung County Government Labor Affairs Bureau, and red, the labor. The three parties are expected to unite with harmony. Like three rivers, they can merge into one and flow into the deep sea. The external circle symbolically stands for the blue-collar class. The three mountains inside the circle symbolize the featured mountains in Kaohsiung county. The middle one is Fengshan; the left one,Gangshan; and the right one, Chyishan. The blue sky carries the symbolic meaning of the bright future and the spreading blue is the emblem of peace.
